I BEGAN MY CAREER 20 YEARS AGO at an Oakland, California auction gallery managing fine art and antique estate auctions. At age 26 I became the gallery's first female auctioneer - a full-time post I held for 3 years before relocating to Colorado, the place my husband, children and I are proud to call home. I have since worked for and with a variety of nonprofits in communications, event planning and fundraising. In 2012 I was called back to the auction block...
